These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sensei Score, including the Sensei web app, reports, browser extension, account features, and related services.
By using Sensei Score, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sensei Score helps users evaluate public webpages and generate UX-oriented scores, insights, and recommendations. You are responsible for the pages you choose to scan and for how you use the resulting analysis.
You may only use Sensei Score in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and any usage limits or product rules shown in the service.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
When you submit a URL or run a scan, you authorize Sensei Score to retrieve, process, store, and analyze page information as needed to operate the service, generate reports, maintain saved history, enforce usage limits, and improve reliability.
You represent that you have the rights or appropriate permission to submit any page, screenshot, content, or related material you provide to the service.
Sensei Score uses automated systems and AI-generated analysis to produce reports and recommendations. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for every use case. You should review outputs before relying on them for product, design, business, or compliance decisions.
Paid plans, if purchased, are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, included usage, and plan limits are shown at checkout or in the product. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for applicable fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the product where billing controls are available.

Sensei Score may rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, storage, AI processing, billing, analytics, and related infrastructure. Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Sensei Score, including its software, branding, interface, scoring approach, and generated product experience, is owned by Sensei or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the permissions you grant us to operate and improve the service.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
Sensei Score is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any score, report, recommendation, or AI-generated output will meet your needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sensei will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the product in a way that we reasonably believe is harmful or unlawful.
